Terms and Conditions for Art Commission Clients- Commission requests I do not accept: Furry, Full on Mecha, Old people
Once a request has been received, you will receive your acceptance or decline
response within 7 days.the artist retains the right to refuse any commission request without explanationCommission Process
Once a commission request has been accepted by the artist, it is client
responsibility to read the terms and conditions in full before continuing.the artist will send the commission brief as understood back to the client to accept.
Once you have accepted, please allow one week for the artist to work on your
commissioned work.Prices
Charges for services to be provided by the artist are outlined in the commission sheet and confirmed on the commission request. Price quotations are valid for a period of 30 days.
Milk has the right to alter or refuse to honor a quotation after the expiry of the 30 day
period.Use of Photos and Copyrighted Images
If the commission is a replication of a photograph, the client will be required to provide
suitable photographs for the commission work to be produced. client must have
permission to use such photographs & it is their responsibility to not breach any
copyright laws.Deposit
the artist requires 50% paid before the sketch from the client to confirm and secure their commission. This deposit is non-refundable unless the artist outlines they cannot fulfill the commission
request for personal reasons.If the artist must terminate due to the inability to complete
the work technically, a 100% refund of the deposit will be honored.
The deposit must be paid by
24 hours and be paid via PaypalTermination
The artist retains the right to terminate the art commission at any stage of the process with an explanation.The artist reserves the right to stop working on or cancel the commission due to any
terms being breached such as communication, inability to understand the commission
changes, or due to rude, difficult, or inappropriate behavior.If the client would like to terminate the commission before it has been completed, the artist
retains the right to retain a 65% non-refundable deposit. This honors the artist's time spent
and the resources used.!! Usage rights !!
The commission cannot be used to enter any competitions online or offline.
The commission cannot be used for financial gain or marketing unless discussed otherwise.
If the commission is for commercial use, new terms of agreement must be
signed.Communication
the artist will communicate with the client throughout the process of creating the commission. It is the client's responsibility to respond with timely responses.If the artist has not received any response from the client within 30 days, the artist retains the
right to cancel the commission. This also includes the non-refundable deposit. the artist will send daily communications on the client's preferred method of contact to remind the client of their need to respond promptly.If the client wishes to continue the commission at a later date they will be required to request a new commission request, agree to a new commission agreement, and pay another non-refundable deposit.Artwork progress
The artist will send the client the progress of the commission along the way. It is the client's
responsibility to accept each progressing stage before the artist can continue to work on the
commission.At this stage, minor alterations can be requested. the artist will outline whether this is possible to complete.the artist reserves the right to share “in progress” content on social media unless the client asks for this not to be done, for example, if the commission is confidential or a
surprise gift.Completion Stage
Once the Artwork is complete the artist share with a client a low-resolution, watermarked
digital photo of the finished artwork.At this stage, only very minor adjustments can be
made. Once the client has accepted the digital photo, no more changes can be made.Payment
Invoices will be issued by the artist upon completion of the commission & before collection/delivery.
Invoices are primarily sent via email unless requested otherwise.Payment must be received within 7 days of the invoice.
Before the artwork is sent, the client must pay the remainder of the cost of the commission via Paypal.Payment plans are not accepted.
Once payment is received in full, the artwork will be sent via email.It is the client's responsibility to provide the correct email address to receive the artwork.Copyright
The artist retains the copyright to the artwork created from the client commission.The artist will not reproduce the artwork & its usage will not be allowed on any other website apart from the artist's website and social media pages, unless the client gives written permission to do so.The artist reserves the right to display the artwork on their website and social media pages.If the client is unhappy about the artwork being displayed, they must declare this upon placing the commission.
the client retains ownership of the artwork and has permission to share the artwork on social media as long as the artist is correctly tagged and identified unless the artist has requested otherwise.Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Any commission acceptance implies
that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
Vtuber Commissions
== TERMS OF SERVICE :==- Once the commission has been started, no refunds are allowed. Please be sure of your request.
- Vtubers take time, I don't do rush jobs. Delivery expectancy is around 1-2 weeks after confirming starting the artwork.
- Credit my Twitter for the artwork
- I will hand the rig-ready file to your rigger. If you want the file for other artists to potentially add additional outfits accessories etc to, that will be a one off $500 fee for the .psd
- I don't rig. This commission is for the illustration alone- cleaned, cut and ready to be rigged
- Major adjustments late stage in the process will result in additional fees.- highly recommended for you to let me contact your rigger directly to discuss what layer needed to be seperated

armors, muscular figures, elderly, full mecha, furries.I feel I'm weaker in drawing men, although I have drawn men in the past. But if you want me to draw male, then I will try my best. Few examples are below.
Pricing
Prices below are for commercial use. You will receive a .psd that is cut, cleaned and ready for rigging. In general it is easier if you contact the rigger at the same time so that I can work with them on what they require for the cutting.Prices for artwork only:These include 5 small facial expression stickers eg. sweat, anger, starry eyes, mouth changes. (Specify with examples.)
Bust Up: $900-1500 USD
Half Body: $1500-2500 USD
(Cuts off at thigh, includes hands, tails if any)
Full Body: $2500-3500 USD
Cost will be affected by design complexity, accessories, extra elements eg. pets, wings etc.If no existing reference is provided, I can design the character. In this case, I will require photo/art references for each part of the character
My characters will have blurs and a bit of RGB tweaking.
